Why haven't I received an order confirmation via email?

If you have placed an order with Findposter but have not received an order confirmation email, please contact us using the contact form and we will update your details so that you can receive your order confirmation correctly.

How can I find out if my order has been placed?

You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided when placing your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your SPAM folder. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the order confirmation to be sent.

If you have checked your spam mail and waited 24 hours and still have not received the confirmation email, we recommend that you contact us via the contact form so that we can verify the situation.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

If an incorrect address, email or phone number was entered when placing an order, please contact customer service immediately so that this information can be updated before the order is processed by our warehouse. In the event that the order is shipped and the error does not result in delivery, the customer may be charged additional charges.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have enough time to cancel your order as our warehouse tries to prepare the order for shipping as quickly as possible.

Delivery

How do you ship packages?

Shipments throughout the country are carried out via DPD courier or InPost parcel lockers. When placing your order, you will choose your preferred delivery method, tailored to your needs.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days from the day you receive your order confirmation.

IMPORTANT: If the parcel cannot be delivered to the selected parcel locker, the courier company may redirect it to the nearest collection point. We have no influence on this redirection.

If you have not received your order within the delivery date provided, please first check that you have provided us with the correct information. If you have provided the correct information, please contact our Customer Service Department no later than 30 business days after placing your order and we will help you resolve the issue.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is available for orders over PLN 149. For smaller orders, the shipping cost depends on the chosen shipping method - you will see the exact amount at the checkout stage.

How can I track my shipment?

Your order will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a separate email with a tracking link, which will be active within 48 hours. If you have not received a tracking link, please contact us using the contact form.

Why is the link not active?

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a separate email with a link to track your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours from the time you receive confirmation that your package has been shipped before the link becomes active.

What happens if I don't collect my parcel?

If you refuse to accept the parcel, we will charge a fee of PLN 30, which covers the cost of packaging and return shipment to our warehouse.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. The customer has the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

How can I return an order?

Please note that the return must be sent to our warehouse in Poznań.

The shipment must be packed exactly as it was received. It is important to re-roll the posters in the protective paper so that they do not move during transport. Once the posters are re-wrapped in the paper, use adhesive tape so that we can easily remove them from the tube.

Register a return

If an order was placed during a promotional campaign and after the products are returned they no longer meet the promotional conditions, the order value will be recalculated and the refund will be reduced by the difference.

The refund process may take up to 14 days from the time the package is handed over to the carrier. Once we receive and process your return, we will record the refund amount and send a receipt to the email address provided. Please keep your receipt from the carrier until you receive the refund confirmation email as proof that the package has been sent back to us.

Can I exchange a product?

Simply send us back the item you don't want and we'll refund your money. You can then place a new order in our online store.

Complaint

What should I do if I received damaged products?

If your order contains damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form. Don't forget to send us photos of both the damaged products and the package. Once we receive the photos, we will process your complaint immediately.

Please do not return damaged products to us.

What should I do if I received the wrong products?

Please make sure the products are not as per the order confirmation we sent. If you have received the wrong products, please contact us via the contact form.

How do I get an invoice for my order?

An invoice for the order can be issued at the customer's request, but only for the data provided when placing the order. For legal reasons, we are unable to make any changes to this data. To receive a named invoice for the order, please contact the customer service department.

What kind of paper are posters printed on?

Posters are printed locally by a reputable printing company. This is a high-quality 230gsm matte paper or a premium 260gsm 100% cotton paper. It also provides excellent color and image reproduction.

Is the frame included in the price of the poster?

The frame is not included in the price of the poster and must be purchased separately.
